Payment & Cancellation Policy
A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.
• More than 60 days before arrival: Full refund, including deposit. • 30–60 days before arrival: The 30% deposit is non-refundable. • Within 30 days of arrival: No refund is available. • Bookings made within 30 days of arrival: Full payment is required at booking and is non-refundable.
All cancellations are subject to applicable New Zealand consumer law.
